Privacy Policy

YT Uploader ยท last updated 13 October 2026

YT Uploader is a private tool used only by its owner, on the owner's own computer, to manage the owner's own YouTube channels. It has no other users.

What data it accesses

With the owner's permission, given through Google's sign-in, it accesses the owner's own YouTube account through the YouTube Data API: the channel's videos and their details (titles, descriptions, privacy status, scheduled release times), and what is needed to upload videos and set their thumbnails, captions and playlists.

How it is used

Only to run the owner's own channel: knowing which videos are scheduled and when they go live, and uploading and updating the owner's own videos. Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold.

Where it is kept, and who it is shared with

The sign-in token and anything read from YouTube stay on the owner's own computer. Nothing is sent to the author of this page or to any third party, and nothing is shared with anyone.

Google API Services User Data Policy

YT Uploader's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It also follows the YouTube API Services Terms of Service; see also the Google Privacy Policy.

Revoking access

Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or through Google's security settings. Deleting the token from the owner's computer ends it too.
